Renovating or building a new home? Let us look over the plans to help you visualize window placement, wall space for furniture pieces, and catch any other red flags which might have been overlooked.
Whether still in the planning process of wanting to renovate or you have already gone as far as having drawn up your plans with an Architect, we are here to give you our valuable input with regards to the interior features of your home.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Once I have reviewed a copy of your plan and seen the space to be renovated, I will meet with you and your architect to present my ideas which will take into account your design needs, existing furniture pieces, finishes and artwork. 

MINT PACKAGE

ONLINE PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE FOR THE DIY ENTHUSIAST

Those who like to do the odd DIY project and want to tackle the project on your own but don’t know where to start and would love some interior design ideas and guidance, then this is the package to choose!
Once you’ve provided me with a few pics & measurements of the space/s to be made over, together with your brief / vision and budget for the makeover, we’ll source everything to make it happen.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We will put together a beautiful digital mood board, along with a proposed layout and 3D view where applicable, a comprehensive schedule and shopping list of what to buy and where to find it.
You’ll then do the ordering and installation yourself, however I’m only a call away should you need me on installation day.  A designer space, with your personal touch at a fraction of the cost!

MIDNIGHT PACKAGE

FULL PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE

Those wanting a personalised, face to face service from a single room makeover to full gut renovations including or excluding project management.
We begin with an initial on-site consultation meeting where I will get to know you, how you live / how the office operates, and what you really desire for this specific space.  Photos of your interior will be taken to be used as a reference whilst working on the design. With regards to measuring your space, if it’s just one room we may be able to do this at the consultation meeting.  If plans are available for your space, we can work from those and / or will return by appointment to take further measurements.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
After brainstorming ideas, with special consideration given to architectural details, existing and new furniture pieces, décor, preferred palette, natural light, space planning.  We then present our ideas to you with our presentation comprising of the following;
  • Proposed design concept shown in a 2D floor plan including furniture layout drawn to scale indicating key dimensions.
  • Realistic 3D views of featured areas.
  • Mood board of proposed colour palette, furniture pieces, décor & accessories, lighting, window & wall treatments.
  • Actual samples of various finishes for you to touch and feel.
You’ll revert with what you love and what you don’t, and together we’ll finalise a scheme that you’re delighted with. With a clear design concept at this point you can either choose to undertake the project yourself or we proceed and do a detailed quotation and / or cost analysis.
Once you have accepted the quotation, ordering and installation will proceed. Simplicity by Design will place orders and coordinate any contract work that needs to be done before the furniture is delivered, walls are painted, light fixtures are installed, and drapes are hung. The project is completed and finishing touches are added such as accessories, paintings, mirrors and personal items.
